WHITE CHOCOLATE & OREO PEPPERMINT BARK
Ingredients:
3 Bags of white chocolate drops
9 large candy canes (crushed)
1/2 packet of crushed Oreo’sMelt chocolate ( I put all the chocolate in a metal bowl and placed it over another bowl that was filled with boiling water and let it slowly melt)
Place baking paper on a long oven tray and pour the melted chocolate on to the sheet
Using a rubber spatula, spread the chocolate evenly across the cookie sheet
Sprinkle crushed candy canes and Oreo pieces over  the chocolate
Place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator for 20 -30 minutes or until hard
Break the chocolate into pieces
